  • She has broad industry experience in Senior Management roles with Blake Dawson Waldron Lawyers (now Ashurst), PKF Chartered Accountants and Advisors (now BDO) and Fujitsu Australia as well as providing HR services to Film Australia and the University of Western Sydney
  • Specific human resources expertise includes extensive recruitment of legal and accounting professional staff, development and implementation of policy and procedures, development and implementation of induction programs, performance management, staff counselling, and workplace mediation.
